Rootcode Wins Second Estonian Government Tender to Advance AI-Powered Citizen Services

Rootcode, a leading global software product engineering company, has secured its second government tender with Estonia. Estonia is globally recognised as the world’s most advanced digital society, renowned for its pioneering e-governance systems, digital citizen services, and innovative technology infrastructure. This partnership, spanning two years, involves providing expertise in three critical areas: Data Architecture, Machine Learning Engineering, and Full Stack Engineering. 

Under this new tender, Rootcode will be responsible for implementing numerous AI-driven products and platforms, as well as assisting Estonia in developing and refining its AI strategies. 

Rootcode is currently developing core AI modules for Bürokratt, Estonia's government-scale conversational AI platform. This platform enables government agencies to deliver seamless, AI-driven citizen services through intelligent conversational interfaces.
