90PRIME LANDS (PVT) LTD, the second largest shareholder of listed finance company HNB Finance PLC, has sold its entire stake in the company this morning (29), according to stock market sources.
PRIME LANDS (PVT) LTD held a 23.29% stake in HNB Finance PLC, amounting to 400 million shares. The shares were reportedly sold at Rs. 8.80 each.
Accordingly, the total value of the transaction has been recorded at Rs. 3.52 billion.
