NDB powers MCA ‘C’ Division 50-Over League Cricket

The 4th National Development Bank sponsored MCA ‘C’ division 50-Over League Tournament playing for the NDB Trophy is under way with the white ball and the players attired in while clothing and play according to the ICC ODI rules and playing conditions.

The teams vying for the ‘NDB’ Trophy are – David pieris Group Of Companies ‘A’. Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, Commercial Bank PLC ‘A’, LOLC Holdings and MAS Unichela.

The league stage of the tournament played on a single group round robin, consisting 13 matches including the league final which got under way on July 17 and will conclude on September 28 with final at MCA grounds.

The venues are MCA, Army Mattegoda, Army Panagoda, Bloomfield, Colts and Pujitha Uduwana Millaniya (PUSA).

All matches will be supervised by MCA appointed Match Referee and officiating umpires will be assigned by the Association of Cricket Umpires Sri Lanka (ACU) and score board scorers and DLS Manager will be assigned by the Sri Lanka Cricket Scorers.

Special Awards in the tournament goes to Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Man of the Series and the Man ofthe Match respectively.
