55Country’s first AI-powered Voice Concierge Platform was launched by Pointlabs Technologies Ltd, an emerging AI-driven loyalty and engagement technology company with operating entities in the UAE and Sri Lanka, for Standard Chartered Priority customers. The ceremonial launch of the first AI-powered Voice Concierge Platform took place at the Hilton Colombo last week, in the presence of senior officials from both the Standard Chartered and Pointlabs Technologies. Chief Executive Officer Pointlabs Technologies Dilip D S addressing the launch said, this first-of-its-kind solution has been designed exclusively for Standard Chartered’s priority banking segment, redefining how affluent customers access curated lifestyle and travel services. These include personalized travel recommendations, manage itineraries and access concierge services seamlessly through AI-enabled voice interaction.
