Extension of Agrahara Medical Insurance Benefits

The Cabinet of Ministers granted approval to the proposal furnished by the President to deduct rupees 1,000/- from the pension of all pensioners and from the monthly salary of all government sector employees and credit the amounts in the National Insurance Trust Fund and, to implement the proposed more privileged medical insurance scheme from the year 2025.

Approval of the Cabinet of Ministers was granted at their meeting held on 12.08.2024 to introduce a medical insurance scheme that further facilitates the government sector employees and all the pensioners with more attractive benefits with effect from 2025.
