Sri Lanka Under-17 post 245/7

Jason Fernando hit 98 while Joshua Sebastian scored 53, as Sri Lanka Under 17s compiled 245 for 7 wickets at the close of the first day’s play in the three-day game against Bangladesh Under 17s at Galle International Cricket Stadium yesterday.

Jason Fernando batted 163 balls, scoring 98 with 10 fours and a six, while Joshua Sebastian made his 53 off 63 balls, which included 9 fours. The St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya pair added 102 runs in a fourth-wicket stand to build up Sri Lanka’s first innings total.

The game will be continue today for the second day.
