Sands Active showcases pharmaceutical range at Medicare 2026 exhibition

Sands Active Private Limited, a conglomerate of Melwa, took part in the 15th edition of the Medicare International Healthcare Exhibition 2026 held at the BMICH in Colombo, where the company showcased a range of its pharmaceutical products to visitors from across the country. During the exhibition, company representatives also conducted awareness sessions to educate the public about the benefits and proper use of their medicines. The stall drew considerable attention throughout the event, with a notable demand recorded for the company’s paracetamol product, Meldol. Recognised as Sri Lanka’s premier healthcare exhibition, the event brought together key stakeholders from across the healthcare sector and educated the public on the latest developments in healthcare services, medical technology, wellness, and medical tourism. This year’s exhibition featured more than 150 stalls representing both local and international exhibitors.
