LB Finance unveils ‘Annual Report Micro-Site’ for 2023/24

LB Finance has announced the launch of its innovative Annual Report Micro-Site for the 2023/24 fiscal year, setting a new standard in digital engagement and accessibility.

Crafted as a cutting-edge digital experience, this micro-site redefines how stakeholders interact with corporate reporting. Users can now take advantage of a human voice-sensitive AI chatbot designed to guide them through the annual report, creating a personalised and engaging information retrieval experience.

Additionally, the AI chatbot can generate tailored charts based on annual report data upon request, enhancing data visualization and allowing users to gain insights quickly.

The micro-site features an integrated dashboard that enables users to create both financial and non-financial charts from the information presented in the annual report, empowering stakeholders to explore data relevant to their interests. To ensure a seamless experience, a comprehensive user guide is available, providing step-by-step instructions for maximizing the micro-site’s features. LB Finance is also committed to inclusivity, incorporating a range of accessibility features that allow users of varying abilities to navigate and read the content with ease.

The micro-site includes a widget linking to the LB Finance Sustainability Facebook page, offering real-time updates on sustainability initiatives. A fully interactive HTML version of the 2023/24 annual report ensures that users can easily access and read the document online. The annual report is presented in a dynamic flip-book format, where pages appear digitally animated as they are turned quickly, providing a unique and engaging way to review the report. To cater to a diverse audience, LB Finance offers PDF and audio versions of key messages—including the Chairman’s Statement, Managing Director’s Review, and Chairperson’s Message of the Sustainability Committee—in three languages.
