State-owned Bank of Ceylon (BOC) yesterday saw its Chairman Kavan Ratnayaka stepping down from his position.
In a disclosure to the Colombo Stock Exchange yesterday, BOC said that Ratnayaka has resigned as Independent, Non-Executive Chairman of the bank, with effect from September 22.
He was appointed as BOC chief in March 2024.
