Geethika Wickramasinghe Joins PMF Finance PLC as Deputy GM – Fund Mobilization, Bringing 35 Years of Expertise

PMF Finance PLC is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Geethika Wickramasinghe as Deputy General Manager – Fund Mobilization with effect from 3rd March 2026. She brings with her over 35 years of distinguished experience in the Banking and Finance sector, further strengthening our leadership team and commitment to excellence.

Ms. Wickramasinghe has held senior leadership roles across leading financial institutions in Sri Lanka. She has headed both Branch Operations and Credit Operations at Seylan Bank PLC, served as Branch Manager at Union Bank of Colombo PLC, and contributed significantly to UB Finance Company PLC as AGM Deposits and AGM Credits. She later advanced to Orient Finance PLC as AGM – Fund Mobilization before joining Arpico Finance. Most recently, she served as Senior Deputy General Manager – Fund Mobilization at Associated Motor Finance Company PLC.

Her academic and professional credentials are equally impressive. Ms. Wickramasinghe holds two Master’s Degrees – one from the University of Colombo and another from American City University, USA. She has also earned two international diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering (Merit) and Compliance from the University of Manchester, UK, awarded by the International Compliance Association (UK). In addition, she holds a Diploma from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and a Certificate in Graphic Design & Creativity Development from the University of Colombo.

With her appointment, PMF Finance PLC is poised to further enhance customer service excellence and expand its portfolio, leveraging her expertise in fund mobilization, compliance, and operational leadership. Her proven track record in driving deposit growth and strengthening customer relationships will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s strategic objectives.
