The Department of Agrarian Development has decided to restrict urea fertilizer to paddy cultivation only for the 2026 Yala season due to limited stocks.

Fertilizer will be issued through Agrarian Service Centres based on the extent of cultivated land.

Officials have been instructed to manage stocks efficiently to ensure uninterrupted paddy farming.
