SriLankan’s UL 231 set to depart for Dubai today

SriLankan Airlines flight is scheduled to depart for Dubai this afternoon.

According to the Bandaranaike International Airport arrivals and departures schedule, Flight UL231 is set to leave at 2:30 p.m. today (04). Passenger check-in for the flight has already commenced.

The same flight is scheduled to operate the return service as Flight UL232, departing Dubai at 7:10 p.m. local time and arriving back in Colombo later in the night.

Meanwhile, SriLankan Airlines has issued a flight cancellation notice regarding services to several Middle East destinations.

Due to the prevailing situation in the Middle East, the airline stated that all flights scheduled from Colombo to Middle East destinations have been temporarily suspended until 23:59 hrs on 04 March 2026.

The following services are affected:

  • UL225 Colombo – Dubai / UL226 Dubai – Colombo

  • UL217 Colombo – Doha / UL218 Doha – Colombo

  • UL253 Colombo – Dammam / UL254 Dammam – Colombo

  • UL265 Colombo – Riyadh / UL266 Riyadh – Colombo

  • UL229 Colombo – Kuwait / UL230 Kuwait – Colombo
