The shares of Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd (CODE: PKME-N-0000) commenced trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on October 3 and the occasion was marked with a special Bell Ringing Ceremony. Their shares are listed on the Main Board of the CSE under the ‘Passenger Ground Transportation’ sector.
The Company’s Offer for Sale of 43,474,179 ordinary voting shares at LKR 36 per share was successfully oversubscribed by 2.7 times, demonstrating strong investor confidence in its prospects.
