103The Oxford Chester Uni of Higher Education (OCU) awarded 75 full scholarships under the guidance of the Chief Incumbent of Gangaramaya Temple Ven. Kirinde Assaji Thero at a ceremony held at Police Headquarters on March 19, marking his birth anniversary. The programme supported children of police personnel and students facing economic hardship.
