HNB Life’s Harindra Ramasinghe and Sales Leaders recognised at GAMA Awards

HNB Life PLC continued to demonstrate the strength of its leadership and progress of advisor development culture on the global stage, with eight of its leaders receiving recognition at the GAMA Global Awards 2026.

Leading the achievements was Harindra Ramasinghe, EVP/Chief Business Officer – Advisor Distribution, who was honoured with the coveted Master Firm Award, one of GAMA Global’s highest recognitions, awarded to leaders who demonstrate excellence in developing people, building high-performing teams, driving sustainable business growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within their organisations

The recognition was further complemented by seven additional awards received by HNB Life leaders across the International Management Award and Frontline Leader Award categories, reflecting the depth of talent, leadership capability, and professional excellence within the company’s advisor network.

The award recipients were, Master Firm Award – Harindra Ramasinghe, Samantha Hemakumara – Diamond International Management Award, L. M. Ishan Promos Buddhika – Platinum Frontline Leader Award, Kapila Jayasinghe – Gold International Management Award, Gayan Lokukodikara – Silver International Management Award, G.G. Thakshila Ruwanmali Galdolage – Silver Frontline Leader Award, Velauthapillai Senthurupan – Bronze International Management Award, Gangasiri Gunathilake – Bronze International Management Award

These recognitions come on the back of a year marked by significant milestones for HNB Life’s advisor channel, including the development of 132 MDRT members, 28% business growth from the Channel, the expansion of new sales teams and distribution channels, and continued investments in leadership development, capability building, and performance excellence.
