The Chamber of Lankan Entrepreneurs( COYLE ) will invest in a entrepreneur development centre and a lounge and they hope to complete it next February and the main objective would be setting up an entrepreneur network. They will also open a warehouse in the US for the use of Sri Lankan entrepreneurs, COYLE Chairman Rasith Wickramasinghe told the the unveiling of the the I AM the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur 2024, awards evening dedicated to celebrating and empowering the country’s most remarkable entrepreneurs. The event will take place on March 5, 2025, to honour those whose bold vision and innovation have driven Sri Lanka’s industries forward.
This year’s awards open to applicants from every corner of the island, embody a truly national celebration of entrepreneurship. From provincial to district-level recognition, the initiative highlights the entrepreneurial brilliance shaping the future of Sri Lankan business. With over 65+ awards across categories such as Best Young Entrepreneur, Best Woman Entrepreneur, Best Social Entrepreneur and the coveted Entrepreneur of the Year, the event promises to be an inspiring showcase of talent and achievement.
