40Arpico Mattress recently hosted its annual Arpico Mattress Achievers Night 2026 at ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo, bringing together dealers, distributors and company officials to recognise and celebrate their outstanding performance and contribution to the continued growth of the brand.
A significant event in Arpico’s calendar for the Foam Sector, Achievers Night serves as a platform to acknowledge the dedication and achievements of the company’s dealer network. The event recognised high-performing dealers across Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze award categories, with international tour packages presented in appreciation of their achievements.
The Platinum category winners were rewarded with tours to Switzerland and Italy, and the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Gold achievers received tours to Azerbaijan and Turkey, while Silver category winners were awarded tours to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and some to Bali. Bronze category winners received tours to Malaysia and some to Bangkok/Pattaya.
The evening also recognised the contribution of officials across key areas of the business, with cash prizes and tour packages presented under the Production, Modern Trade, Sales & Distribution categories.
Delivering the keynote address, Shiron Goonaratne, Board Director, Richard Pieris & Company PLC, highlighted the importance of continued commitment, collaboration and excellence in driving sustainable growth across the business. His address set the tone for an evening dedicated to celebrating the people and partnerships that contribute to Arpico Mattress’ success.
Following the keynote, Lalith Wijeyesinghe, Managing Director, Foam Sector, Richard Pieris & Company PLC, shared insights into the performance of the sector, highlighting the importance of a strong and committed network in navigating opportunities and sustaining growth in an evolving market. He also expressed his appreciation for the support and visionary leadership of Dr. Sena Yaddehige, Chairman, Managing Director and CEO of Richard Pieris & Company PLC, whose guidance continues to provide a strong foundation for the sector’s growth and future direction.
