Trillium starts work on new 7-storey office complex

Trillium Property Management Ltd., yesterday laid the foundation stone for the new office complex at Kitulwatta Road, Colombo 8, overlooking the Colombo golf course. Trillium has profitably existed from the existing office building in Colombo 5. This new office tower will comprise 7 storeys of over 25,000 square feet with all modern office amenities to house expanding business needs of Trillium’s leisure and condominium business.
