Sysco LABS Drives Future-of-Work Conversations at Great Place to Work CXO Forum 2025

Sysco LABS was a proud partner of the CXO Forum at the Great Place to Work Regional Conference 2025 which was held in Colombo recently. Asanga Nugawela, Senior Director – Delivery at Sysco LABS, moderated a thought-provoking panel at the event titled “Legacy to Leap: Building a Digitally Fluent Multigenerational Workforce.”

The discussion brought together a diverse lineup of industry leaders, including Treasurex Melchior (CEO, Pulseshift Pvt Ltd & AI Integration Consultant), Sanjini Munaweera (Regional Head – South Asia, ADA), Shanaka Rabel (Group Chief Digital and Transformation Officer, Stretchline Holdings), and Chameera De Silva (Researcher on AI).

The panel explored how digital fluency, inclusive cultures, and the integration of AI and emerging technologies are reshaping the modern workplace—enabling multigenerational teams to collaborate, innovate, and thrive in the era of digital transformation.
