Russel’s (Pvt) Ltd recently recognised employees who demonstrated exceptional performance during the month of December at a special staff appreciation event. During the ceremony, Wasanthi Perera, Cutlery In-Charge, was commended for her meticulous attention to detail and her role in maintaining high service standards. Michael, Pot Washer, was recognised for his reliability and dedication, playing a vital role in supporting smooth kitchen operations. From the pastry division, Maheshwaran Manoj, Chef de Partie (Pastry), received recognition for his technical expertise, consistency, and contribution to upholding quality standards within the kitchen. The service team was also acknowledged for their professionalism and commitment. Sameera Madushan, Tea Service Steward, along with Sithara Kumari and Carol Sri Lal, Tea Service Stewardesses, were recognised for their courteous service, efficiency, and positive contribution to guest satisfaction.
