Royal College achieved a remarkable 16-run win over S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia, via the DLS method at the SSC grounds in Colombo today (28).

S. Thomas’ College batted first and posted a massive total of 313 for the loss of only 4 wickets in their allotted 50 overs. In response, Royal College reached 290 for 6 in 45 overs before the match concluded.

Vimath Dinsara played a pivotal role for Royal College, anchoring the innings with an unbeaten 109. His valuable century placed Royal in a winning position before the final calculation.
