Rooso assumes the role with deep institutional knowledge of EFL Global; A global supply chain and logistics solutions company providing integrated services across transportation, warehousing, distribution, customs brokerage, and compliance. Operating through 100+ offices in 39 countries, EFL Global combines local expertise with global reach to simplify logistics through agile and customer-focused solutions.
Having spent 24 years building the company’s India business into a profitable and strategically important operation, Rooso has led commercial development, business strategy, operations and administration, while cultivating long-standing partnerships with several of the company’s key global clients.
He has also played a significant role in expanding EFL Global’s capabilities across high-growth verticals such as pharmaceuticals, automotive and perishables, helping the business respond to evolving customer needs and market opportunities.
With a strong understanding of EFL Global’s operating model, culture and strategic priorities, Rooso brings proven leadership experience across multiple phases of the company’s growth. In his new role, he will focus on stabilizing performance, strengthening execution and positioning the business for sustainable long-term growth.
