Roar Global reinforced its commitment to expanding access to practical digital growth knowledge through its recent partnership with two women-centred initiatives in Sri Lanka - namely, SLASSCOM Women in Tech 4.0 and Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness’s Her Business Matters events.
Through these partnerships, Roar Global contributed platform-specific knowledge designed to help women entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders better understand the systems shaping modern business growth.

Roar Global joined SLASSCOM Women in Tech 4.0, as the MarTech Ecosystem Partner, contributing to a wider national conversation around innovation, access, and opportunity for women in technology. As a venture builder operating at the intersection of AI, platforms, and marketing, the company’s participation reflected its broader belief that better access to knowledge and capability is essential to building a more inclusive and future-ready economy.
As part of the event, 3P Media, a Roar Global company, led a breakout session titled “Winning in the Age of AI Search: Rethinking Google Advertising for Tech Brands.” The session explored how AI is reshaping search behaviour and what that means for brands seeking stronger visibility, relevance, and performance within the Google ecosystem.
Roar Global also partnered with Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness’s Her Business Matters initiative, earlier in March, where Udara Hettiarachchi and Sonali Wijayawardena from Roar AdX shared practical insights on how businesses can grow more effectively on Meta and TikTok. Drawing from years of experience across industries, markets, and growth stages, the session focused on helping women-led SMEs understand how to use digital platforms more strategically.
Together, the two engagements reflect Roar Global’s continued interest in contributing to ecosystems that improve access to growth through practical digital platform knowledge. By sharing platform expertise in relevant and actionable ways, the company hopes to support broader participation, stronger capability, and more confident business building in Sri Lanka and the region.
“Access to the right knowledge changes how people participate in the economy,” said Mustafa Kassim, Founder and CEO of Roar Global. “When more women have clearer access to platform expertise, practical tools, and digital capability, they are better positioned to build stronger businesses and make more confident growth decisions. Being part of initiatives like these is one way we can contribute to that in a practical and meaningful way.”
