Minasro College strengthens global ties in Education – Principal attends special training in Malaysia

The Principal of Minasro College, Mrs. Pushpa Hettiarachchi, recently attended a training programme on Psychology and Counselling held at Binary University and Lincoln University College in Malaysia. The programme took place from 25 to 30 June 2025 and focused on improving practical knowledge in student mental health and counselling approaches in school settings. Mrs. Hettiarachchi, who holds a Diploma in Psychology and Counselling from LPEC Campus in partnership with Binary University, joined the international training to strengthen her expertise and bring new insights to the school’s approach to student support. The experience is expected to help further develop the school’s efforts in integrating emotional wellbeing into daily and practical everyday education.
