Malwatte retains Plantation Sevens Title

Malwatte Valley Plantations retained the Cup Championship when they defeated Maskeliya 31-7 in the 24th Inter Plantation Sevens Rugby Tournament, played at the Darrawella Grounds in Dickoya yesterday.

Kotagala beat Elpitiya 17-14 in the Plate Championship final while Kelani Valley had the better of Talawakelle 19-14 in the Bowl Championship final.
