The Indian Navy ship INS Airavat departed Sri Lanka on 4 June after a four-day visit to the country.
The vessel arrived at the Port of Colombo on 1 June and was given a traditional farewell by the Sri Lanka Navy upon departure.
During the visit, senior officers from the Indian and Sri Lankan navies held discussions on matters of mutual interest.
The Indian Navy also donated four pneumatic fenders and repair kits to the Sri Lanka Navy to support naval operations.
Crew members of INS Airavat took part in joint activities with Sri Lanka Navy personnel, while Sri Lankan sailors were given the opportunity to tour the ship. The visiting crew also visited several tourist attractions in Sri Lanka before leaving the island.
