JXG (Janashakthi Group) emerged as the Sector Winner (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate & Investment) at the CIPM Great HR Quiz 2026, held recently. The award recognised JXG’s extensive HR knowledge and reaffirmed the Group’s longstanding culture of participation, teamwork and commitment to professional excellence.

Organised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka, the Great HR Quiz is a nationally recognised knowledge competition assessing the depth and breadth of HR expertise, spanning diverse areas including technical knowledge, conceptual insight, and strategic judgement. Featuring over 70 crews of 4 members per team, the Great HR Quiz’s 2026 edition covered industrial relations, employee wellbeing, ESG, digital HR and the evolving nature of HR in a series of 50 questions over 5 comprehensive rounds.
