PLC, recently completed a landmark 3.7 MW solar power installation for Gokulabumi Private Limited in the Northern Province. Backed by a legacy of over 147 years of excellence, the project marks a new milestone in advancing the country’s transition to clean, sustainable energy.
Integrating leading-edge technology from SUNGROW, the world’s No. 1 inverter brand, the comprehensive 3.7 MW project was strategically deployed across three key sites in the Northern Province. The installation includes a 1.2 MW system in Puliyankulam, Vavuniya, a 1.3 MW system also in Vavuniya, and a final 1.2 MW system at Elephant Pass, the gateway to the Jaffna Peninsula. All three sites utilize high-performance AE Solar panels, a Tier 1 manufacturer renowned for their durability and efficiency.
