University of West London Celebrates Graduates in Sri Lanka at Graduation Ceremony 2026

The University of West London celebrated its graduates in Sri Lanka at Graduation Ceremony 2026, held at BMICH, Colombo. Graduates, families, academics and university representatives gathered to mark the completion of their studies. The ceremony honoured University of West London graduates across undergraduate and postgraduate disciplines, recognising the academic commitment and personal effort behind each qualification. For the graduating students, the day capped years of study and, for many, the challenge of balancing higher education with professional and family commitments. Families were present throughout, making the ceremony as much a celebration of their support as of the qualifications awarded.

This year's graduation comes at a significant point in the University of West London's presence in Sri Lanka. The University of West London Sri Lanka Branch Campus is now established in Colombo, giving students local access to selected University of West London courses. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate study options in areas including business, law, computing and psychology. The campus gives the University of West London a direct presence in the country while providing students with another route to a British university education without leaving Sri Lanka.
