14Sri Lankan leadership development and coaching company Smart Quest has expanded into the Maldives, marking its first overseas venture as the company celebrates 20 years in operation. The newly established Smart Quest Coaching and Consulting (Pvt) Ltd Maldives will offer leadership training, professional coaching certification, executive and team coaching, and human resources consultancy services to organisations and professionals in the Maldivian market.
Founded in Colombo in 2006, Smart Quest was among the early organisations to introduce professional coaching and skills development in Sri Lanka. The company has since worked with more than 600 local and multinational organisations and supported the professional development of over 10,000 individuals.
The Maldives operation will introduce Smart Quest’s established leadership and coaching programmes, including Leading with Impact, an International Coaching Federation Level 1-accredited leadership programme designed to help managers adopt practical coaching skills in the workplace. Participants will receive 16 hours of professional coach training towards the Certified Trained Coaching Leader credential. The programme is intended for business leaders, managers and professionals seeking to strengthen communication, employee engagement and team performance.
Smart Quest Maldives will also provide access to the professional coaching certification programmes offered through Coach Masters Academy. These online programmes provide pathway to International Coach federation (ICF) credentialing from Associate certified coach (ACC) to Professional certified coach (PCC) to master certified coach (MCC), Certified Coach credential and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Coaching and Leadership Development.
Additionally, it will offer customised leadership development programmes, leadership retreats, executive and team coaching, Neuro linguistic programing (NLP) with collaboration with one influencer, organisational development support, human resources consultancy and selected business outsourcing services.

Through its partnership with Coach Masters Academy, Smart Quest works with a network of International Coaching Federation-credentialed coaches, facilitators, consultants and human resources specialists operating across 34 countries. The partnership will enable Maldivian participants and organisations to access international coaching expertise while receiving programmes developed with an understanding of regional workplace cultures and organisational requirements.
