Seylan Bank strategically relocates Boralesgamuwa branch to improve customer service

Seylan Bank recently opened the doors of its newly relocated Boralesgamuwa branch at No. 49/1, Colombo Road, Boralesgamuwa. The opening ceremony was graced by Ranil Dissanayake, the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer, the Boralesgamuwa team, and members of the community. First opened as the 34^th branch of the network in 1993, the Boralesgamuwa chapter of Seylan Bank has played a pivotal role in the community for decades.

The relocation is a strategic decision aimed at elevating customer service, emphasizing Seylan Bank’s recognition of Boralesgamuwa’s unique customer needs. Featuring a larger space within a more centralized location, the relocated branch is immediately accessible to customers, having been revamped to ensure operational efficiency and reliability in meeting the diverse needs of the Boralesgamuwa community.
