People’s Bank partners Waters Edge for Oktoberfest

People’s Bank has partnered with Waters Edge as the Official Banking Partner for the annual Oktoberfest at the Edge 2026, scheduled to be held from October 16-18, at Waters Edge.

**The partnership agreement between People’s Bank and Waters Edge was formalized recently in the presence of I.K. Indika, Deputy General Manager – Payments and Cards, People’s Bank and Iyantha Abeysinghe, General Manager – Waters Edge, together with senior officials from both organizations.**The partnership marks another step in strengthening the relationship between People’s Bank and Waters Edge, while providing an opportunity for People’s Credit Cardholders to enjoy exclusivebenefits during the event.As part of the partnership, People’s Credit Cardholders can enjoy a 25% discount on ticket prices.

Oktoberfest at the Edge 2026 is expected to attract approximately 3,000 diners from Colombo and its suburbs, creating a valuable opportunity for People’s Bank to engage with them and promote its Credit Cards.
