MTI Consulting, the internationally networked boutique strategy consultancy, recently announced the launch of its first cohort under the Global Strategy Internship Program. This inaugural cohort focuses on the Balkans region, covering Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Slovenia, and forms a key component of MTI’s GROW initiative aimed at rapid global network expansion.
The month-long intensive program is designed to immerse participants in the fundamentals of strategy consulting. The program culminates in a final graduation presentation showcasing their work.
