Manel Rajkumar of D & R Exports honoured with the ‘Legendary Woman of the Year’ award at the Women Legend Awards 2025

Manel Gertrude Rajkumar, Chairperson of D & R Exports (Pvt) Ltd, a leading enterprise in Sri Lanka’s food and beverage manufacturing sector, has been honoured with the “Legendary Woman of the Year” Award (Large-Scale Category) at the prestigious Women Legend Awards 2025. Under Mrs. Rajkumar’s visionary leadership, the company’s remarkable journey began in 1993 as Araliya Impex. Within just seven years, by the year 2000, it had reached a prominent position in the local market. The establishment of Araliya Exporter in 1998 and its entry into the international market in 2002 marked a major turning point for the brand. Since then, D & R Exports has continued to export a wide range of high-quality Sri Lankan products to countries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
