30Janashakthi Life, the flagship life insurance company of JXG (Janashakthi Group), has been recognised among Sri Lanka’s Top 20 Women-Friendly Workplaces 2026 at the Satynmag Women Friendly Workplace Awards. The recognition reflects the company’s continued focus on creating an inclusive workplace where women are empowered to build meaningful careers and progress into leadership roles across all areas of the business.
Women represent a significant part of Janashakthi Life’s workforce and continue to take on leadership responsibilities across all disciplines of the company. This includes growing representation within life insurance sales management, an area traditionally dominated by men, alongside senior leadership roles across business, operations, and corporate functions.
