Janashakthi Finance recognised for excellence in integrated reporting at CMA Awards 2025

Janashakthi Finance PLC, formerly known as Orient Finance PLC and a subsidiary of JXG (Janashakthi Group) has been recognised with two key honours at the 11th CMA Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards, held recently at Cinnamon Life, Colombo. The company was named First Runner-Up (Joint) for Best Integrated Report in the Finance & Leasing Sector and received the Merit Award for Overall Excellence in Integrated Reporting. These achievements highlight Janashakthi Finance’s leadership in transparent reporting, strong governance, and its continued drive to raise the bar within the NBFI sector. 

Organised by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and supported annually by the Colombo Stock Exchange, the CMA Awards recognise organisations that demonstrate clarity, accuracy, and accountability in presenting both financial and non-financial performance. Janashakthi Finance’s report stood out for its comprehensive approach, combining financial results with sustainability performance, governance practices, and long-term strategic direction.
