Vipula Dharmapala, Director/Chief Executive Officer, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in finance and insurance. A former Chief Financial Officer at HNB Assurance PLC and HNB General Insurance Ltd, his inimitable passion for insurance has been instrumental in advancing digital transformation within the sector. A graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, he co-founded InsureMe to bridge the gap in digital consumer enablement and transparency in insurance.

Indika Prematunga, Director, brings over two decades of expertise in finance, governance, and insurance leadership. A Chartered Management Accountant with an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, he has previously served as CFO and Director at AIA Insurance Lanka Ltd and Union Assurance PLC, and as a Non-Executive Director at Serendib Land PLC. Indika is widely recognized for his strategic foresight and commitment to driving digital innovation and sound governance across the industry.

Niranjan Manickam, Director, has deep expertise in insurance product development, operations, and distribution, having served across multiple leading finance and insurance institutions. He has played a key role in scaling InsureMe’s operational model and pioneering product innovations such as Sri Lanka’s first-in-Asia “per day” insurance coverage.
