Inextricable Group and Delta Spike begin ERP transformation project

Inextricable Group and Delta Spike have officially commenced their ERP Transformation Project, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening business processes, improving operational efficiency and supporting the organisations’ continued digital transformation.

The project brings together teams across Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka, creating a collaborative platform for the two organisations to align their objectives, priorities and implementation plans. The initiative represents an important step in building a more integrated and digitally enabled business environment.

Delta Spike is a global cybersecurity services provider specialising in AI-powered threat detection, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and security operations. Through its expertise in cybersecurity and technology, the company supports organisations in strengthening their security capabilities and responding to an increasingly complex digital landscape.

The project kick-off session brought together representatives and teams from both organisations to discuss the transformation journey ahead and establish a shared understanding of the project’s goals and priorities. Suresh Daniel of Inextricable Group and Chief Operating Officer Safwan Hilme of Delta Spike joined the session alongside their respective teams.

The collaboration is expected to provide a structured foundation for the ERP transformation, with both organisations working closely throughout the implementation process. By aligning technology, processes and teams, the project seeks to support greater efficiency and scalability while creating a stronger foundation for future growth.

The commencement of the project was also marked by a cake-cutting ceremony, providing an opportunity for both teams to celebrate the beginning of the partnership and the collaborative journey ahead.

The ERP Transformation Project reflects the growing importance of technology-led business transformation, while highlighting the value of cross-border collaboration in delivering solutions that support evolving organisational needs.
