The TAGS Awards Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) announced HNB Finance PLC as the Silver Award winner in the Finance Companies and Leasing Companies sector (Total Group Assets LKR 25–75 billion) at the Diamond Jubilee celebration of the prestigious TAGS Awards 2025. The ceremony, held at the Shangri-La Hotel Colombo on 12th February, marked the Company’s fourth consecutive win at the awards.
HNB Finance advanced from last year’s Bronze to Silver, reflecting its continued commitment to excellence in transparency, accountability, governance, and sustainability. In addition to securing the Silver Award, the company received Certificates of Recognition in the Corporate Governance Disclosure – Financial Services special award category and the Integrated Reporting special award category at the TAGS Awards 2025. These accolades highlight the Company’s sustained commitment to strong governance practices and to maintaining high standards of transparency and integrated reporting.
