Heavenly Cakes & Baking Academy honoured at Global Business Excellence Awards

Heavenly Cakes and Baking Academy was recently awarded as the Best Cakes and Baking Education Provider of the Year at the Global Business Excellence Awards 2025, held at the BMICH in Colombo. The event was organised by the London Business Consultancy Group of Companies, together with the SITC Campus – Business Faculty. Founder and Chairperson, Lakmini Weerasuriya received the award.  The academy has introduced several study programmes for anyone interested in baking. The courses range from basic cake baking and decorating to more advanced lessons including pastry and bakery. Classes are offered with a mix of online and in-person learning. Theory sessions are conducted online, allowing students to save travel time and cost.
