Elephant House, in partnership with the Ministry of Education & Sirasa TV, proudly announces the launch of Season 3 of Elephant House Super Heroes, a transformative national platform that champions youth innovation, resilience, and purpose through culinary arts, agriculture, and entrepreneurship.
Having successfully completed two years of this programme, this year’s aim is to inspire a new generation of Sri Lankans to break away from conventional career norms and explore untapped opportunities in three key sectors: Super Chef (Culinary Heroes), Super Harvester (Agricultural Heroes), and Super Entrepreneur (Entrepreneurial Heroes).
Over 135 participants from across the country entered the competition, which began with rigorous preliminary challenges and will culminate in the crowning of three national heroes. The quarter-finals, which began in May 2025, will run until 20th September, followed by the semi-finals from 27th September to 11th October. The highly anticipated grand finale is scheduled to take place on 18th October 2025 Live at Sirasa Stein Studios, where one outstanding individual from each category will be named the nation’s Super Hero.
Each episode is designed not only as a competition but also as an educational journey, emphasizing mentorship, real-world skill-building, and hands-on experiences across real kitchens, farmlands, and business simulation studios. Contestants also engage in reflective learning through a digital journaling system that tracks their growth over the season.
This season’s esteemed judging panel brings a wealth of expertise and inspiration across the three tracks:
Nandana Wickramage, judging the Super Entrepreneur category, is a leading corporate strategist and brand builder with decades of experience in marketing and leadership.
Wasantha Duggannarala, the judge for Super Harvester, is a veteran journalist and creative media professional with a passion for agriculture and rural development.
Chef Chathurika Anuradha, judging the Super Chef category, is an award-winning chef, culinary educator, and brand ambassador with expertise in global cuisine and food innovation.
The programme will also spotlight a series of well-known mentors and industry leaders—including culinary icons, startup founders, and sustainability advocates—who will guide participants on their journeys.
As Sri Lanka looks toward a future shaped by innovation and self-reliance, Elephant House Super Heroes Season 3 stands as a symbol of hope, empowerment, and bold possibility.
