Assetline Finance and DPRE enter into strategic partnership

Assetline Finance Limited (Assetline Finance) entered into a strategic partnership with David Pieris Renewable Energy (Private) Limited (DPRE) to provide specialized green loans designed to support the financing of renewable energy solutions.

This collaboration introduces specialized green financing options designed to support the adoption of solar energy systems for both individual and commercial customers, marking a significant step toward the nation’s energy transition goals

Assetline Finance, with its Green Finance Scheme, empowers individuals, and businesses to invest in sustainable solutions. This initiative directly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) by facilitating access to renewable energy financing, SDG 13 (Climate Action) by reducing carbon footprints, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by fostering sustainable advancements.

The exclusive green loan programme, developed by Assetline Finance, is tailored to meet the needs of David Pieris Solar customers. It enables easy access to solar energy systems with convenient financing options, making it easier for customers to move toward renewable energy.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed by  Jayantha Ratnayake, Chairman of David Pieris Renewable Energy (Private) Limited, alongside Naalaka Madugalle, Director, Samantha Silva, Director, and Geeth Samaranayake, Chief Operating Officer, representing DPRE. Assetline Finance was represented by Ashan Nissanka, Director & CEO, and Ajantha Premasiri, Chief Marketing Officer along with senior management from both organizations attending the event.
