Amana Takaful Introduces Live Motor Claim Tracking Through Its Mobile App

Amana Takaful Insurance PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing general insurance companies, has further strengthened its digital customer experience with the introduction of live motor claim tracking through the Amana Takaful Mobile App.

The new Motor Claims Workflow gives customers greater visibility and convenience throughout the claims journey by allowing them to track the status and progress of their motor claims directly through the app. This enables customers to remain informed at each stage of the process without having to rely solely on traditional follow-up channels.

As part of the latest update, customers can also digitally submit the documents required to support the settlement of their claims. Necessary supporting documents can now be uploaded directly through the mobile app, providing customers with a faster and more convenient way to manage claim-related documentation.

The Amana Takaful Mobile App has also been enhanced with full trilingual capability and is now available in English, Sinhala and Tamil. Customers can select their preferred language and navigate the app’s menus, forms and system messages accordingly, making the digital insurance experience more inclusive and accessible to customers across Sri Lanka.
