25Allianz Lanka’s Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group (WIL ERG) recently conducted a donation initiative to support the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children, the largest pediatric hospital in South Asia.
Held on 3rd February 2026, the initiative provided essential medicines and baby sanitary items to assist the hospital in delivering continuous and quality care to its young patients. These contributions were carefully selected to address the daily needs of infants and children receiving treatment, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
This initiative was also made possible through the collective efforts of our employees, whose commitment to volunteerism continues to strengthen our contribution to the community. It reflects Allianz Lanka’s ongoing dedication to supporting the communities we serve and to advancing meaningful actions that bring hope and care to those in need.
