Available to eligible motor and non-motor policyholders, Allianz Road Care reflects Allianz Lanka's belief that caring for customers goes beyond policy coverage. Whether faced with a flat tyre, a dead battery, a vehicle lockout, or a minor mechanical or electrical breakdown, customers can access professional assistance around the clock, ensuring help is always within reach when it matters most. Eligible policyholders can enjoy FREE 24/7 roadside assistance within Colombo City and a 10-kilometre radius, including jump-start assistance, puncture or spare wheel fitting support, basic mechanical and electrical breakdown assistance, key lockout support, and on-site assistance until towing or recovery services arrive.

Recognizing that some situations require additional intervention, Allianz Road Care also facilitates access to a network of trusted external service providers. Where required, Allianz can assist customers in arranging towing services, workshop referrals, battery replacements, tyre replacements, and other roadside support solutions, helping customers navigate unforeseen situations with greater ease and confidence.
