Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd. Celebrates Loyalty and Dedication at The Long Service Recognition Ceremony 2025

Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd. honored the dedication and long-standing commitment of its team members at the Long Service Recognition Ceremony held on 9th July 2025 at Allianz Lanka's Head Office. This year’s ceremony marked a significant milestone, with 828 team members from across the country recognized for reaching key service landmarks—364 from the Head Office and 464 from the branch network.

These milestones, spanning five to thirty years, reflect not just time served, but years of growth, contribution, and loyalty that have helped shape Allianz into what it is today. The ceremony acknowledged the continued dedication of our team members, whose commitment remains central to the company’s growth and reputation as a trusted insurer in Sri Lanka. Awardees also received tokens of appreciation reflecting Allianz’s focus on employee well-being, work-life balance, and the milestones they have reached.
