Through its website, mobile app, and hotline (990), Doc990 offers seamless doctor channeling at top hospitals, alongside a comprehensive range of services including audio-video consultations, medicine delivery, and online lab reports delivering reliable, convenient, and innovative solutions that put healthcare at the fingertips of every Sri Lankan

As part of the next phase of the partnership, Allianz medical policyholders can now use the Doc990 platform to book doctor appointments, with consultation charges settled directly through their OPD limits. This removes the need for upfront payments or manual claims processes. The benefit is offered in addition to the ongoing 35% discount on Doc990 booking fees already available to Allianz Medical policyholders.
