NDB emerges as a top employer of AICPA & CIMA’s Top Employers list 2023

National Development Bank PLC, Sri Lanka’s best bank for 2022 emerged within the Top 20 Employers List for 2023 compiled by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICP) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK – dedicated to recognize and celebrate corporates that employ AICPA and CIMA members in Sri Lanka. NDB emerged 07th in the ranking of top 20 employers – one notch up compared to 2022, and was 02nd among listed banks.

The combined strength of AICPA & CIMA is evident in its 689,000 strong students and member base and over 150,000 employer partners across the globe. AICPA & CIMA share an astounding reputation for quality professionals who lead and transform organizations. This ranking highlights and showcases the Top Employers in Sri Lanka who not only recruit AICPA & CIMA members & students but also support them with their studies and professional development.
