72Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Nepal, Ruwanthi Delpitiya, paid a joint courtesy visit to Nepal’s Prime Minister Balendra Shah, along with Heads of Diplomatic Missions based in Kathmandu.
The meeting took place at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar. During the discussions, Ambassador Delpitiya extended warm congratulations to Prime Minister Shah on the successful conduct of Nepal’s recent elections and his decisive victory.
She also reaffirmed Sri Lanka’s commitment to further strengthening the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two nations, emphasizing the importance of continued diplomatic engagement and mutual support.
