PLC Toastmasters Club Celebrates Leadership and Legacy at 9th Installation Ceremony

The PLC Toastmasters Club held its grand 9th installation ceremony at the PLC Head Office on September 11, 2024, , under the inspiring theme “Your Crown, Your Legacy.” The event was graced by dignitaries from the District, Division, and Area, alongside PLC’s Corporate Management team, making it a memorable occasion. The highlight of the evening was the installation of Toastmaster Ruwani Udeshika as the new president of the PLC Toastmasters Club. This was followed by the executive committee installation ceremony for the Toastmasters year 2024/25.

The ceremony was a testament to the club’s dedication to fostering leadership and communication skills among its members. The presence of esteemed guests, including high-ranking officials from the Toastmasters District, Division, and Area, added a layer of prestige to the event. PLC’s Corporate Management team also attended, underscoring the company’s support for the club’s initiatives and its commitment to employee development.

Toastmaster Ruwani Udeshika, the newly installed president, expressed her vision for the upcoming year, emphasizing the importance of legacy and leadership.
